shipping / customs fees are way too high
Drink Together Stay Together Custom Wall Sign (Signature Series)
The Custom Wall Sign itself is great, looks exactly as I expected and was delivered on time.
I was disappointed because I was pushed to pay the customs charge to get my order from the postal office. I assumed that $60 shipping charge I paid when I placed the order should cover the expenses.
So, the total charge for the shipping/handling and customs I paid was way more than the order itself, cost me $100 in total, which is crazy.

Suggestion
Dads Greatest Blessings - Personalized Wall Sign (Signature Series)
Great gift, gave to husband for Father's Day. He loves it. Completely beautiful.
Suggestion: Sell accessories, such as a screw eye to attach to the bottom of the sign. Allow the opportunity to sell additional names. This would allow additional children name plates to be created and would be able to attach to the bottom of the sign. The additional names can be continuously added.
I suggest this because I ordered the Wall Sign that allows for four names. I added our two human kids and our two dogs. I'm sure we'll have more dogs, so it would be nice to add their names onto the Wall Sign in the future.
Other than my suggestion it is definitely a great gift!

I ordered a customer product very close to Christmas with the knowledge that it would likely take a couple of weeks to arrive. However, I received it only 2 days after Christmas, which was far faster than my expectation. The product looked fantastic and my Mom absolutely loved it.
